Reveille Transformations provides cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH), personal development and wellbeing services, including one-to-one online sessions and structured programmes.
2. Nature of the services
Reveille Transformations offers practical support to help individuals develop greater confidence, manage stress and overwhelm, improve coping strategies and make positive changes in their lives.
Services may incorporate cognitive behavioural approaches, relaxation techniques, hypnotherapy, behavioural experiments and other relevant methods, depending on the client’s needs and suitability.
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical or mental health care. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care or emergency mental health support.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Individual experiences and outcomes vary according to a range of personal and external factors.
3. Suitability and initial assessment
Before commencing a programme, clients may be asked to complete an initial assessment and relevant health questionnaire.
The purpose of the assessment is to:
Understand the client’s reasons for seeking support and their objectives.
Establish whether the services offered are appropriate to their needs.
Identify relevant health, psychological or other considerations.
Discuss expectations, the proposed approach and any limitations.
Reveille Transformations reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it is reasonably considered that the client’s needs fall outside the practitioner’s competence, the service is unsuitable or appropriate support cannot be provided safely.
Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek support from their GP, another suitably qualified professional or a specialist service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their suitability for sessions, including any relevant changes to their circumstances or health.
4. Booking and confirmation
Sessions can be requested through the website, email or other communication channels made available by Reveille Transformations.
A booking is confirmed when the client receives written confirmation of the agreed appointment date, time, service and fee.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact details supplied are accurate and that they can access the agreed online meeting platform.
Reveille Transformations reserves the right to refuse a booking where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the service would not be appropriate or safe.
5. Fees and payment
All fees will be communicated to clients before they commit to a booking or purchase.

Structured programme: (after 1st January 2027) £600

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are payable in pounds sterling (£).
If a payment is overdue, Reveille Transformations may suspend further sessions until the outstanding balance is settled, subject to applicable consumer rights and any agreed payment arrangements.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments
Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where a client provides less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee may be charged, except where the cancellation is due to circumstances in which charging would be unreasonable or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Where a client fails to attend a booked appointment without notice, the full session fee may be charged.
If a client arrives late, the session may still need to finish at the originally agreed time. The full session fee may remain payable.
If Reveille Transformations needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund for any prepaid session that is not provided.
These cancellation arrangements do not affect any statutory rights a client may have, including applicable rights to cancel a distance contract.
7. Consumer cancellation rights
Where a client purchases services online, by telephone or by another means covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, they may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Where applicable, clients will receive the required cancellation information and instructions separately as part of the booking process.
If a client requests that a session or programme begins during the 14-day cancellation period, they may be required to provide express consent and acknowledge the consequences for their cancellation rights.
If a client cancels during the statutory cancellation period after requesting that services begin, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, where the law permits.
Where a service has been fully performed within the cancellation period, the right to cancel may end if the client has given the required prior express consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory cancellation rights.
8. Online sessions
All one-to-one sessions are conducted online using an agreed video-conferencing platform, unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for:
Having a reliable internet connection and suitable device.
Joining the session from a private, quiet and safe environment.
Ensuring that they are not driving, operating machinery or undertaking other activities that could compromise their safety during the session.
Taking reasonable steps to prevent interruptions and protect their privacy.
Clients should not participate in a session while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect. Where this is not possible, the session may be rescheduled by agreement.
Clients must not record, reproduce, publish or distribute any session, or any part of a session, without the express written consent of Reveille Transformations.
Sessions will not be recorded by Reveille Transformations unless the client has been informed in advance and has provided the appropriate consent.
9. Client responsibilities and informed consent
Clients are expected to participate voluntarily and to make their own decisions about whether to engage with the services provided.
Clients agree to:

Raise any concerns about the approach or their experience of sessions.
Inform the practitioner of significant changes that may affect their suitability for the service.
Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions outside sessions.

Clients can ask questions about the methods being used, discuss alternatives and withdraw their consent to a particular technique at any time.
Hypnosis is not a form of mind control. Clients remain in control of their participation and can choose to stop a session or exercise at any point.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and handled with appropriate care.
However, confidentiality is not absolute. Information may need to be disclosed in limited circumstances, including:

Where disclosure is required by law or a court order.

Where disclosure is otherwise legally permitted and necessary to meet professional obligations.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, the client will be informed before confidential information is disclosed.
Information may also be discussed with a clinical supervisor or other relevant professional for supervision and professional consultation. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect the client’s identity and privacy, in accordance with applicable professional and data protection requirements.
Further details about how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected are set out in the Reveille Transformations Privacy Policy.

12. Scope of practice and referral
Reveille Transformations will work within the practitioner’s current training, knowledge, experience and professional competence.
Where a client’s needs are outside this scope, the practitioner may recommend that the client seeks additional or alternative support from an appropriate professional or service.
Reveille Transformations does not provide emergency mental health services, crisis intervention, psychiatric diagnosis or medical treatment.
Clients who are experiencing an immediate emergency should contact the appropriate emergency services or crisis support service in their location.

Either party may decide to end the therapeutic relationship.
Where Reveille Transformations decides that continuing is inappropriate or unsafe, the client will be informed of the reasons where it is appropriate to do so. Where possible, reasonable support will be provided to help the client identify suitable alternative services.
Where a client ends a programme early, any refund due will be assessed in accordance with the applicable statutory rights, the agreed programme terms and any relevant services already provided. No blanket forfeiture of prepaid fees will apply where this would be inconsistent with applicable consumer law.
14. Complaints and concerns
Reveille Transformations aims to provide a professional, respectful and supportive service.
