The ‘typical client’ might be a serving member of the armed forces, a veteran, belong to the emergency services, social worker or teacher, or another role which requires you to continually perform at a high level. AND, you might be experiencing burnout, feeling stuck, lacking direction.

Absolutely not. Though this is a demographic which resonates with me, because I am one. I have also performed in other roles, including having been a social worker, and felt lost and stuck.

You will complete various forms that will cover your physical and mental health whilst also establishing your goals and expectations of the programme. We will uncover your awareness and experience of therapy, and how this programme differs and matches traditional therapy.

The programme runs for 8 weeks, with each session lasting 1 hour.

Further sessions may be available following the programme, but these would not be typical.

This programme incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy as part of the model.
Hypnois is completely safe, whereby a client is always in control of their actions, and can merely choose to accept or ignore suggestions.
Hypno-CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy) is what I have been trained in, and does not subscribe to the idea of there being a ‘trance-like-state’, but merely the focus of attention upon a single idea.

All sessions are delivered via ‘google meets’, and so are ‘online’. The benefits of this, are that you will be in a comfortable and familiar setting.

All sessions will require 24 hours notice prior to the rearrangement of a session. All notifications in less than 24 hours, will result in a full charge for the session.

Bank Transfer is the preferred method of payment. I will advise of the details once a booking has been confirmed.
