Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you develop psychological flexibility - learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than struggle against them, whilst committing to actions aligned with your personal values.
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) focuses on identifying and challenging irrational beliefs that drive emotional distress, helping you develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking that support healthier responses to life’s challenges.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH or Hypno-CBT) combines cognitive behavioural techniques with hypnotherapy, using relaxation and fucused attention to promote improved responses to suggestion, in line with your goals.
All sessions are conducted in the strictest of confidence. Information shared in therapy will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. In such an event, I will discuss this with you.

I am committed to providing a professional and ethical service. If you have any concerns, I encourage you to raise them with me directly in the first instance, either in person or in writing, so we can work towards a resolution together.
